Installation and Requirements

PC's must have a compatible flash player installed (7.0 and up). No specific BroadWorks features are necessary for the free version. Once the enhanced version is released, users would have access to the normal features and perhaps premium seat features.

Support

Coming soon. Once the product launches it will have a full online support system with FAQs and the ability to contact a support team member. The time to resolve an issue directly depends on the nature of the support issue. However, issues will be addressed as quickly as possible based on the severity of the issue.
