The MobileMax Enterprise Edition Mobile Client is a software application that resides in the mobile user's device and extends the functionality of a BroadSoft powered hosted solution to the mobile device.

Features and Benefits

From the mobile device, users can access the same features they use on their desk phone.

• Single number and voice mail box - Including inbound and outbound calls: the mobile device and desk phone share an extension number and only the office number appears on the receiver's Caller ID display. Eliminates the need to listen to multiple voicemail systems.
• Mobile and Corporate Least Cost Routing.
• MobEx (Mobile Extension) dialing - Short code 3-5 digit dialing to other enterprise extensions.
• Mid-call PBX feature menu - Transfer, redial, hold, conference, record.
• Call waiting - For calls coming into extension or mobile phone.
• Simultaneous ringing - When the office number is called, both the desk phone and mobile phone will ring simultaneously.
• Conference calling.
• OTA via SMS / Email to the device.
• OTA via BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES).
• PC synchronization application settings.

Installation and Requirements

To set up the MobileMax client, users must have:

• A smartphone: BlackBerry, Windows, Symbian, Palm
• BroadWorks Anywhere feature
• BroadWorks Anyhere Portal number (access number)
• Their PIN code
• Follow the installation instructions for different operating systems: Blackberry, Symbian, PALM, Windows Mobile
