Unity is a Windows client application that combines Call Control, extension presence, instant messaging, Directory Integration, Service Configuration, Outlook Contacts click-to-dial and more. The Busy Lamp Field will reflect the busy/available presence status of up to 20 colleagues. Unity is available in Lite and Pro.

Our simple and intuitive interface makes answering, releasing, holding and conferencing multiple calls simple. Users can configure all BroadWorks services including call forwarding and simultaneous ring.

Installation and Requirements

Unity Client is a Microsoft Windows client installation. It requires .NET 1.1 or above on Windows 98 and above OS.
