Q: How do I set up Mobiso?
A: Press the “Add to Cart” button and follow the instructions. You will provide administrator credentials and an available Dialing Number (DN). The administrator credentials will allow Mobiso access to your BroadWorks Enterprise/Group directory, provision a user, and assign the DN and extension.
Q: How do I load the directory?
A: Mobiso automatically imports your BroadWorks Enterprise/Group directory when the service is set up and updates the directory every night. For urgent updates you can refresh the Mobiso directory in real time in the Administration Interface. See the Directory Management --> Data Integration page.
Q: How do I call the Mobiso Assistant?
A: After the signup process is complete, your directory will be processed and ready for use. Simply dial the extension or the Dialing Number you entered during signup. At the prompt speak the name of an employee and Mobiso will transfer you.
Q: Can I change the prompts and greetings?
A: Yes. Mobiso's Administration Interface has many configuration options and usage reports. To change the prompts, see the Call Processing --> Application page.
Q: A particular name is not recognized by Mobiso, how can I fix it?
A: The Mobiso Speech Assistant includes automated linguistics tuning. Speech recognition quality is monitored and daily linguistic updates are made to improve recognition accuracy. As the directory is used the recognition accuracy for difficult names will improve.
Q: What support is available for Mobiso?
A: You can access the Administration manual by clicking "Help" on any page in the Administration interface. If needed, you can send an email to support@lyrix.com.
